Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and liners intact.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel must be unworn and tried on over undergarments for hygiene purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, scents, or do not meet the above criteria.


How to Start a Return

    • Once your return is initiated, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping partner location, or schedule a pickup.

Refund and Exchange Details

  • Returns are refunded to your original payment method.
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for any price difference between items.
  • Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
